Fail CS competition- Causes?

Conclusion :

The lack of team for CS competition is quite alarming, I think it is due to the High participation fees....We r not professional which make money out of this game. so we could have low the First team Money rewards, and deduce it in the Entrance Fees. Keep it in mind that a large portion of the Mauritius Cs Community is actually Students which cannot afford this entrance Fee.

Also related to the Entrance Fee --> Teams who do not think that they have a chance of winning it..will not pay, if rs 1250 (Per team) is at stake.

Also to "Cyber Cafe" --> They (Cyber Cafe management) should take the Minimum money as possible.Due to the cheap internet in Mauritius many "Cyber Cafes" were force to close down..the only life line they got nowadays is Lan Gaming. So help Us Promote LAN gaming.

Sorry if I offence someone....it's just a suggestion.
