[PRE-RELEASE] AmxBan System

Sup guys,

AmxBan System finally came up to my expection and I'll be proud to release it tomorrow 21 June 2011 @ 9pm.

However, It will be released to trusted hosters first(just for testing)!

By trusted I mean(not limited by):
- People that have been on dils for some while now(+2 years).
- People that knows any moderator or admin here personally.
- People that knows how to handle amxmodx(install plugins etc).
- People that plays ping pong(knows that sv_maxrate < 4000 sucks) very well!

Please if you feel that amxban system gonna change gaming here, then find me on skype(johnally.21) from 6pm to midnight tomorrow. OR contact me now before 1am :P

Be sure to be logged in on dils for license to be accepted!

How to join a server running AmxBan?
Just use this CVAR before connecting to the server:
setinfo dils [username on dils]
e.g setinfo dils Cr0p
Be sure to be logged in on dils when connecting!

Commands available:
- xplayers [CONSOLE no argument] - displays list of players on servers as per this format:
[username on dils] : [nick in game] : [IP address]
e.g Cr0p : v11 : 127.0.xxx.xxx
- xbans [CONSOLE no argument ADMIN ONLY] - displays all banned players!
- xaddban [CONSOLE no argument ADMIN ONLY] - start vote on player to ban!
- /aboutus [NOT_CONSOLE use with say or say_team] - displays about us(coders/owners/testers) in console!

P.S: Testers will Help debug and introduce the plugin to this community.
Since banning goes under a "vote" system(common agreement among 5 or more parties), no unban feature was implemented. Moreover, all bans are removed 1 day(24 hours) after ban was voted for! More info later!

THE PLUGIN WILL BRING IN A NEW SET OF RULES(concerning hackers/cheaters mostly)! ACKNOWLEDGE IT NOW!
