Cannot enter some maps.

I always had this problem. For some maps e.g. awp_rooftops, hns_YTT_Simpsons, hns_green_me, kz_longjump... and some more.
When i connect to the server which uses one of these maps, in the "loading... box", when it says "precaching resources...", my cs freezes and stop responding.
Already re-installed. Plz help.
